Liam

Liam is the Daeva elder of Seattle who also functions as city Seneschal. Besides this, he is a high-ranking member of the Lancea Sanctum. He is a polite, cordial man with a slight English accent.

Domains

Given his long history with Seattle, Liam has acquired and held some of the most lucrative domains. These include the Seatac Airport, Boeing in Renton, and Queen Anne. Boeing Field near Georgetown is disputed territory between he and Elena Kasparova.

Retainers

It is known that Liam has retainers, but he is very secretive about who they are.

Finance

Given his control of Boeing it is not surprising that he would be of means, but beyond this he has been very careful about concealing his sources.
