History:
Noble Hills is an old and very powerful Caern ruled over by a sept known as The Protectorate. Despite that the Protectorate has members from quite a few tribes all the elders of this Caern have come from a Silver Fang clan known as The Shield Clan. They are a fairly old clan who traces its roots back to England and Russia. Most of the sept is made up of Silver Fangs with the rest being made up of a mix of Get of Fenris, Fianna, Children of Gaia and Glass Walkers. They are known to have a rivalry with a near-by sept known as The Fog Walker Sept. This sept is made up primarily of Shadow Lords and Black Furies. The current Elder Oleg the just is quite popular among the sept’s members. He is well known for vesting a giant Wyrm spawn with Blade Singer. The creature’s skull hangs in one of the Caern’s meeting hulls. Oleg and Elizabeth are actually brother and sister as well, ensuring that they are able to keep power should other Silver Fangs get out of line.
