Mission Narrative
Immediately following Operation Trespass, X-Com Agents were alerted of an unknown poison or disease spreading through the local community of Elma, WA. Investigation by Agents Wilson, F., Wilson, D. and Kjelstad, M. revealed the source of the attack as nanotoxins spread through the city water supply. Colonel Ruger was alerted, and he sent deputies to the local water treatment plant to shut down the city water supply before any more civilians were infected. Agents were soon informed that Ruger had lost contact with his deputies, and they moved to the treatment plant to investigate. At the site they encountered a small alien strike team in the act of poisoning the water supply. The alien threat was neutralized, and the nanotoxins were deactivated.
REVIEWING OFFICER'S NOTE: Despite the large number of civilian deaths and injuries sustained during this operation, the loss of human life would have been much greater if not for the quick intervention and investigative efforts of the X-Com strike team.
