• The team has feelers out for a person to help lead the "martial law" thing in town, since the local elected officials and constabulary are completely overwhelmed by such a prospect (either in available manpower or their sheer lack of competence).

    This person, Harlan Ruger, has been located and put to work.  He is a retired Marine Colonel with a background in civil and military law, and before the Sweeps, was a Superior Court Judge
    in Grays Harbor County.
