Voivod

Polands entry in the Warsaw Pact was backed by their mysterious representative, Wojewod. Probably the worlds most enigmatic publicly known Prime, he has been likened the Keyser Soze of the super world by western journalists.

Who is he?

There exist no known photos of Wojewod, in action or otherwise. His reputation is based mainly on press releases and eyewitness accounts from citizens of Eastern Europe. His description varies, yet those giving the accounts are all certain in whom they see.

What can he do?

A little of everything, it seems. Wojewod has been described with powers ranging from incredible speed to desolidification, and with his penchant for avoiding cameras it should be assumed he has amazing stealth abilities as well. He has never done any significant property damage, so must also have exceptional self restraint.

Is he real?

While nobody knows for sure, the incidence of large scale and/or violent crime is substantially lower in his realm than anywhere else in the world. Either he really exists, or he is a combination of multiple smaller heroes, or the threat of his existence is enough to keep the criminals at bay. In any case, he is one of the worlds most effective Prime.
