Synopsis: The aliens have been here for decades but only now have an elite few been able to organize a resistance. Most people think aliens are a myth, idle science-fiction fantasies, but to those who have seen the horror that came from the darkness the truth is much worse than any story. All throughout world society the aliens have made their presence known; the halls of government, the top brass of the military, boardrooms of the Fortune 500, hospitals, and even down to the homeless on the street the aliens have been festering. XCOM is a multinational team of the world's best and brightest brought together not only to confront the threat but to discover why the aliens are here and if it is even too late to stop them....
