Star Trek: The Triangle Missions .... The Triangle .... Task Force: Triangle
This is the local Federation starbase in The Triangle sector. The CO is Commander Carl Curtis.
The starbase is in deep space with no significant nearby celestial bodies, except for a barren rogue asteroid, several miles across, nicknamed "Curtis Island".
