Contested Checks and Tasks: The example has a gender mismatch. "Allison gets to Denoba just in time. Now she has to convince a crowd of rowdy locals not to bust through him and the few IPA deputies that have stayed on duty in the face of such overwhelming odds."
Using Action Cards: I would take an opportunity here to wax a little more poetic about the advantages of the cards. Explain that instead of countless tables, or frequent maths, all you need are the cards.
