Daniel Pershing is one of the umpteen grandchildren of Pershing patriarch Emmett Pershing, and son of Nathan Bedford Pershing. He is 28 years old. His claim to infamy (other than being a scion of a notorious White Supremacist family) came about during his senior year in high scool (when he was pushing twenty). He met a cute girl in one of his classes and she would often help him with his homework. After a time, he mustered up the courage to ask her to go out with him, when she loudly pointed out for the entire cafeteria to hear, "I can't go out with you, doofus! I'm only 13 and you're almost old enough to drink!"

The girl in question was, of course, the tactless Marie Curie Kjelstad.

From that day on, Daniel caught no end of flak from his classmates for having a case of angel-eyes. He felt compelled to finally drop out of high school, even though it was looking like his third crack at the 12th grade really was going to be the charm. He fell out of favor with his father who was disgusted that his lunkhead son would disgrace the family by acting (even unintentionally) like the chimos both he and his own father had beaten up in prison.

Since then, Daniel has become obsessed with Marie and has harassed her for years. Now that she is no longer "jailbait," he has ramped up his terroristic efforts, implying that he might hurt her or sexually assault her if she ever let her guard down and gave him the opportunity.

There is pretty much nothing redeemable about this creeper. Objectivity can take a powder. He is simply a grade-A douche.
