General Information

This is Petra Nicholson's clinic in TBD area of New Orleans. Despite being an illegal, underground facility Petra runs it with a strong degree of professionalism and organization. She has several medical contracts with individuals or organizations in the city and performs both routine and emergency services. The clinic does not advertise and has no signage indicating its presence. The door is locked and a person must provide a passcode and be recognized on the security camera to gain entry. The reception area is nondescript and spartan.

There is a small, but sturdy and functional, operating room. There are also four patient rooms for examinations or temporary housing for recovery. The restricted equipment and supplies are either purchased from medical warehouses via "agreements", bought on the black market, or purloined from legitimate medical facilities.

Obviously, Petra only works at night. In specific cases, Ken is authorized to open up the clinic during the day but such occurrences are rare.
